GENERAL

BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU'RE AUTOMATICALLY ACCEPTING MY TERMS OF SERVICE
• I reserve the right to reject projects or requests based on content, topic, or other reasons.
• I define scope of work, features, price, deliverables and other details for the project in a proposal in a format according to my discretion which may include private message through Discord or Twitter.The details will be agreed before work begins.

PROCESS

• Depending on your position on the waiting list, your commission may take more or less time, so be patient.
• Requesting too many changes will incur an extra cost, so please be clear about the ideas you want for your model.
• For all commissions I need reference images of the model to define a price based on its complexity.

USE

• I must be given the corresponding credits for its use.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Please do NOT copy / sell / resell / use without permmission (from me or the commission's owner) any of my works.

PAYMENTS

• +5% Paypal services fee will apply to final price.
• A minimum amount of 50% must be made to start with the rig, and it must be paid in full to be delivered.
• Prices are in USD, and paid ONLY via Paypal.
• Prices may vary or change depending on complexity, requirements and/or additional requests.
• Once Work has begun or payments have been made, the Client acknowledges Work and deliverables are digital and there are no physically shipped goods to receive.

REFUNDS

• Once the commission has started, it will not be refunded.
• If I find myself with complications to finish your commission, in this case, a refund will be issued.

COMMUNICATION

• You can contact me mainly through discord of twitter DM.
• Time to complete the work will depend on the type of style and my own time, feel free to ask me!
• Advances will be sent on how the model is turning out when I have them.
